The little flashlight in the bear's hand is meant to light up when batteries are added, but doing so is very difficult. And we've had one return so far where the light did not work. The light feature is not very impressive anyway. If you appreciate this beautiful piece and don't care about the light then this is for you.

Dressed in a textured purple dinosaur costume, Rex pulls a candy-loaded wagon labeled "Trick or Treat" as he strolls a cobblestone path with a flashlight in hand.
