Akira Kubo was the male lead in one of the most popular Godzilla films ever made: Toho's Destroy All Monsters (怪獣総進撃) in 1968. He portrayed Katsuo Yamabe, Captain of the Moonlight SY-3 Rocket.

No stranger to Kaiju films, Mr. Kubo can be seen in Gorath (1962), Matango (1963), Gozilla movie Invasion of Astro-Monster (1965), Son of Godzilla (1967), Space Amoeba (1970) and later in Gamera: Guardian of the Universe (1995). He also appeared in Akira Kurosawa's Throne of Blood (1957).

I am told that Akira Kubo currently has no plans to accept any invitations from U.S. conventions. It was more expensive for us to have these photos signed; hence the higher price. This autograph is rare and exclusive to Flossie's.
